I didn't see these reviews before I rented here, but I had a pretty good experience. The security seems to have improved. They have 1 or 2 rent a cops patroling at night. And the police cruise by our apartment every couple of days. I have not had any problems with bugs, although I am in one of their newly renovated apartments. The gym has been updated, too. But I must agree that the apartment heating, leaves much to be desired, even with the new double paned glass. But I am in the basement apartment, so that may contribute to it. Lots of parking. Our experience with maintenance has been okay. For urgent things like a broken lock or a leaking roof, they have responded next day. But everythign else takes a while. Took 3 weeks for the light bulb outside my door to be replaced.
And although many of the reviews say that the office staff is unfriendly, I thought they were very nice. Plus, you can grab a free cookie everytime you go in there.
My biggest negative about the place is the laundry price. Its $3 to do one load.
My biggest positive, the 1 bedroom is huge compared to the new apartments and cheaper.

It is really very strange to see that you noticed all these in just SIX MONTHS. People are staying in this apartment for years to give their reviews as they have faced the problems. They don't go to grab a free cookie in the rental office. And recently a week ago, there was ARMED ENTRY (robery) to the apartment in one of the building near basketball ground. Did you knew about this?
