The staff is all nice and friendly, playing the sweet old lady card. But once you sign the lease they are evil. Whenever something was broken or we had a complaint we were treated so rude. They turned our water off 5 times without notice. When the hot water went out and I called the manager she freaked out as it was not an "emergency". The facilities are crap. We did not get our damage deposit back due to "carpet stains". We have photos prior to move in showing very bad carpet stains. The owner will not even look at them or aknowledge them. Now we are forced to go to small claims court to get what is rightfully ours. Seriously, there are way better places to live. Be patient, do not fall into this scam.
