The apartment was never cleaned before I moved in. There were roaches. The windows are rotting and leak horribly. The office staff is rude and nasty. Parking is a horrible pain since you must know in advance to get visitor passes and forget it if the office is already closed. I don't think these apartments have been remodeled...ever. Everything in it is old and run down. I could go on forever, but I think you get the point.
