Basically it comes down to this: I wouldn't recommend living here. The office staff is generally friendly and tries to be helpful, however I have had a few problems due to some of their lack of experience. The repair guys are great. The buildings are really falling apart, thought. My apartment has had a lot of serious issues ranging from severely backed up drains, bad wiring, broken heaters and severe leaks. Building #6 was recently renovated and had the windows replaced (SORELY needed in all the buildings).
I also have had a few issues with neighbors, including one instance that required police involvement. If you live here, LOCK YOUR DOORS even if you're home.
