I was suddenly relocated to the metro area and chose cedar courts because they had an opening that suited my needs and the excellent location. You can walk to the MARC commuter rail station and to shops, restaurants, brewpub, pool hall and an awesome bakery. Outer units are plagued with the horn blasts of locomotives 24/7 - I wish I had gotten an inner (courtyard) unit - you should too (much quieter). The rail lines carry everything - MARC, amtrak, freight. The building shakes when coal trains pass and set off car alarms in the garage every time.
The place is clean and well maintained,and the staff is helpful. The onsite workout room is great. There are no child things (playsets, pool, etc.) but parks are within walking distance.
