For the last few years I have dealt with some maintenance minor issues. The service is not only timely but the apartment was left in a condition you would not expect for a workman to do. No sign of work but yet it was completed. The train is loud but if you move to a place next to the track it is unbelievbale you wouldn't expect there to be noise...da! All in all its a lot for your money, gas fireplace, secured acess and very friendly staff and good management. I feel like they care.
