This used to be an excellent place to live, but negligence and abuse from the management have deteriorated the quality of life.
The parking is property of the city, so if you have visitors, they will get a $50 ticket every time. The police headquarters are across the street, so cops are just waiting to get anyone who parks inadvertently, even thought the 5-level building is empty for most of the night. Don't even try the public parking across the street either. Management claims this is an issue of the city and are unwilling to do anything about it.
Noise levels are increased by a large number of tenants in the commercial area in the lower levels, so the price is no longer reasonable.
Also, good luck trying to get out of the paying parking lot ($50/month) in the mornings, commuters speed into the garage with no police or authority to be found anywhere during those times.
Sadly, this is not a good place to live in anymore, move to Court of Devon or anywhere else in the Kentlands, you will get more for your money.
