Great place although somwhat hidden. I find that when I am home it is like a different world.
The train can be heard but its no secret, you get use to it and I find it somewhat calming.
The parking is fine, you get you own resevered spot for free and there are visitors places if you call for one.
The city controls the garage so its their rules
I hope to be here for a while longer.
The bulding in my opinion still looks new and managment has been here the entire time which is a good sign
