Stay away from this place if you can across from a very noisy train station. The surrounding area has a lot of suspect looking characters. The staff are the absolute worst especially Melissa who works in the office has the worst attitude.

Sad to be Leaving
I have been a tenant for almost two years and I'm leaving my apartment next month because I'm getting married or I would still be living at Cedar Court. I have nothing but praise for management, Elaine and Linda are fabulous and they have always maintainedā¦Ā See More >anonymous

Apts are ok. Very expensive for what you get. Downtown Gaithersburg is NOT a safe place at night. You have to be very careful in the parking garage. Car's have been broken into, and we have seen kids hang out thereā¦Ā See More >anonymous

I live here its nice
Ok I live here and the previous review is not true!!! There is a $100 lock out fee. The train has always been there and it is a one man office so they are in the building just not always at theā¦Ā See More >anonymous

Not so good anymore
I lived at Cedar Courts for nearly 3 years, and I think the attitude of the management was rather different back then, that is the change that has affected my impression of the apartments the most. Firstly, they claim that someone is at the apartmentsā¦Ā See More >anonymous

Just ok.
We lived there for one year. They are lovely apts. way too expensive. Not a very safe area. A very -------- part of Gaithersburg. There is a really tacky convenience store in front of the same building as the apts, and we made the mistakeā¦Ā See More >anonymous

Great place although somwhat hidden. I find that when I am home it is like a different world. The train can be heard but its no secret, you get use to it and I find it somewhat calming. The parking is fine, you get you own reseveredā¦Ā See More >ee1ah

Good times gone
This used to be an excellent place to live, but negligence and abuse from the management have deteriorated the quality of life. The parking is property of the city, so if you have visitors, they will get a $50 ticket every time. The police headquartersā¦Ā See More >anonymous

Superior Service
For the last few years I have dealt with some maintenance minor issues. The service is not only timely but the apartment was left in a condition you would not expect for a workman to do. No sign of work but yet itā¦Ā See More >sburns

Trainspotters heaven - loud for the rest of us.
I was suddenly relocated to the metro area and chose cedar courts because they had an opening that suited my needs and the excellent location. You can walk to the MARC commuter rail station and to shops, restaurants, brewpub, pool hall and an awesome bakery.ā¦Ā See More >peoe2

Nice apartments but noisy
I've been living there for more than 2 years and decided to move because of the noise. Noise generated by trains traveling day and night, 24/7. There is a train track right in the back of the building and the noise is horrible (even toughā¦Ā See More >Cedar Court Apartments
