It is not the quietest place around, but just graduated, I didn't want to live in a quiet place. Otherwise the building is well built, appliances are in order, and the resident services has been prompt with my qualms. I love the 'all utilities included' part. Not just money saving, but so much more convinient.
Very well located too, with everything you need, at a walking distance.
