Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2003
This community used to be OK but its getting worse day by day. There is no standard for rent. Its all luck and their need to get new residents to fill up vacant appts.
Resident office staff is not good.
Appts are really old and staff does not care to listen to your requests to maintain things.
Do not go there if you have any other choice. Even if you end up paying around 100 $ per month more, try exploring some other communities.
