I haven't been in the apartment for long but it seems to be ok so far. I haven't had any problems with rodents or bugs. I am concerned safety-wise especially since one reviewer has mentioned an issue with car theft and robbery. Often there are times when people will be hanging around outside the complexes late at night. But I have also frequently seen security cars around. It would be nice to have more lighting in the parking lots.
I have no problems with ethnicity, however I have only seen one other white resident so far and I'm not sure if she even lives in my building. I have not had an problems with neighbors. I have yet to make any maintenance calls simply due to the fact that I do not want people in my apartment when I am not home.
I am disturbed by the large fluctuations in rent for I am paying almost $100 more per month than some for the same type of apartment. I do not like the coin laundry facilities, but overall, it has been ok.
