negative side:
Rent : High (as compared to the facilities provided, rating 2)
Carpets : Tooo bad (rating 2)
Services : Not good (rating 1)
Staff : Not polite or helpful (rating 2)
Washing room: Too dirty and most of the time, some of the machine will not work (rating 2)
security : Low, heard several incidents of mugging (rating 3)
Positive side :
Library : County library is at a walking distance (rating 5)
Bus facility : have a number of bus-stops (5)
Mall : Lakeforest mall in front (4).
Utilities : Rent includes the utilities (4).
Distance from a highway : I-270 is 2 miles from the Cider Mills (4)
