There?s more neagative reasons not to live here than positive to stay. The reason for most of the problems is management only cares about quotas - moving people in $$$$

not ongoing customer services.



Below is my short list of reasons why you shouldn?t move to Cider Mills.



1- mices problem. 2- poor lighting on grounds. 3- slow maintanance responds to repair request (only if you threathen to go to there corp. office do you get a responds.

4- lack of snow and ice removal from walkway and parking lot. 5-overstuff garbage.

6- laundry rooms machine are out dated and don?t work. 7- loads of junk mail put on your doors. 8- Management not very helpful.

9- the playground for kids is dangerous and dirty. 10- the group home for young adults no I did not studder.......the grouphome for young adults where they put feces on the floors and walls. 11- drug dealers selling drugs.



Good reasons to live here- All utilities included, Centrally localed near store,transportation, the car wash,thats it. Overall I recommend you move here if you have no other choices. If so get an apartment near the leasing or resident service office. The other apts are slums and I believe most of the move in and outs are in the area outside that.



Cider Mills and alot of these other montgomery county apartments been milking people for years thats why they all have alot of vacancies now. The best thing to do is buy a condo if you pay over $1000 for rent if you can (maybe the rents will go down) anyway for those of you who have to stay good luck and stay strong and keep yours eyes open cause your need it.
