The time we stayed there was companied with rodents running around aggrevssivly, and neighbor fighting at middle night at least once (average twice) per week. We also faced the terrible attitude many times when we went to complained about these.

I hope you wont have such experience when you lives there. Remember when you want to complain, you?d better be well prepared, since they are really well experienced fighters with terrible attitude, and believe or not thoushand of reasons waiting for you. Also remember bring a tiny recorder with you to recorde what they said in case for future fighting.
