I don't even know where to begin. Two years ago when my husband and I moved in here it was very good. Clean, good neighborhood. Now let's go to the actual situation, as of MAY 30th 2006:

- DOPE SMOKERS- DANGEROUS PEOPLE WHO TRY TO BREAK INTO YOUR APARTMENT WITH YOU INSIDE;
THESE PEOPLE SMOKE DOPE SITTING ON THE STAIRS IN FRONT OF EVERYBODY AND MANAGEMENT OR SECURITY DO NOTHING;

- TOO MANY HISPANIC PEOPLE WITH TOO MUCH TIME ON THEIR HANDS TO LOITER AROUND , SIT ON STAIRS, STARE AT YOU WHEN YOU WALK BY, MAKE NASTY COMMENTS TO ANY WOMAN AND TRASH EVERYTHING; ( please note, I am latin myself and feel intimidated)

-TRASH. A LOT OF TRASH. ALL OVER. BEER BOTTLES, MCDONNALDS PACKAGES, ALL KINDS OF TRASH ALL OVER. THIS PLACE IS A GHETTO.

-LOUD MUSIC. I HAVE A FEELING THE PEOPLE WHO LIVE HERE ARE DEAF. THEY LISTEN TO THEIR MUSIC FULL BLAST, ALL WINDOWS AND VARANDA OPEN SO YOU CAN HEAR IT EVEN FROM THE PARKING LOT.

- PEOPLE OPEN YOUR MAIL!!!! YES, MY FRIENDS, NO PRIVACY!!!!!!

- RATS INSIDE THE APARTMENTS.

-CRIMINALS, POLICE IS ALWAYS AROUND, EVEN MD STATE HELICOPTERS HOVER OVER THIS RAT WHOLE.

- PARKING IS TAKEN OVER BY TRUCKS. BIG CARGO TRUCKS

OH, AND THE TRASH....

DID I MENTION TRASH'!!!

If you want an advice, STAY AWAY from this place! Actually , stay away from any place that is less than a thousand dollars and covers utilities. I want to break my contract and MOVE OUTTA HERE ASAP!!!!!!!
