Horrible place to live

I lived here but fortunately moved about 3 months ago.
The place is scary, the neighbours were rude. It was a nightmare to get back home after dusk and I almost always ran to my apartment praying that I would not be confronted by strange people in the hallway. The parking areas are poorly lit and lighting at block entrances are out most of the time. The neighbours who lived above my house always threw trash out through their window which landed in my balcony.
The low rents that they are offering are not worth the anxiety you would feel living here.
