I lived at Cider Mill a few years ago. I was constantly afraid of being robbed, raped, killed. Why' Maybe because hearing and seeing the highly suspected gangs who ran drugs around there helped to describe that feeling. A hopeless place. Cheap. But if you have a daughter, or if you are a female-any age...dont go. Pay the extra money and find a decent place to live. Your life is not worth giving to this hell hole. And mice would come up though the pipes in the kitchen. I think it would be ok if you had a very large family and stayed together all the time. It is cheap and sometimes you have to do what you have to do but if you move here make sure you have lots of people who have your back. Oh yeah..car broken into.

Both my car and a friend's car were broken into. A woman was robbed in broad daylight on Thanksgiving day right outside of my window.
