I am trying my best to get the hell out of here. After 2yrs I have just about had it, everything from MICE, ROACHES,ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS, GANGS. 90% of the residents are Spanish with very questionable backgrounds and immigration statuses, INS would have a field day in here.
Just this month of March a woman was attacked in the stairwell of one of the buildings at knifepoint. Police know this complex very well as they frequently can be seen speeding in and out from call after call
Why has the health department not done anything about this place!!
The only things I like is the pool and gym

If you are worried about mice, get a cat. The cats hunt the things down, rather than people having to cross their fingers and hope the mice go where the traps are. I have no mice, because when one does run in the front door, the cats have it within about an hour. About half of these people don't work - they stay home all day and hang out by that wooden-fenced junk area at night to deal drugs. If you have no "noise overlap" then you must live with quiet neighbors, because here it's like there are boom cars surrounding my walls.

Yes I heard a converstion outside my door early one morning around 3am under the staircase and the guys talking were not discussing current affairs

i agree with the 2 previous responses. but don't say anything to management or the police...if you like the window's in your car---or want to be harrassed constantly.
