Clean, well kept, office and maintenance staff are very helpful, direct, and always get back to me with results in a timely manner. The rent is reasonable, and it's a great location. I've always recommended it to friends.

I just read over a few of the other reviews, since some seem to be negative, contrary to what I've seen and experienced. I don't know anything about the people that wrote them, and I always want to be polite, but I was reminded that the world is full of unfulfilled people who, either consciously or unconsciously, make a choice to take out their anger with the world in petty and venomous accusations of others. Perhaps they should, instead,look toward themselves in a more realistic manner, or just go get some counseling and medication to help them get over it.

Sorry. but If you don't have a problem with vagabonds loitering, standing around all day or sitting by the stairs with their shirts off driking their corona beer,leaving the bottles and trash on the floor and harassing every female that walks by then my friend, you are the one who needs help. Thank God I am moving out of this rat hole in 2 months.Hooray! I will never even drive by this nasty neighborhood again!

This person is either a staff trying to counter the bad ratings, or has lived in one of the front buildings where management tries to keep things nice to give prospective renters a good impression.

hahhahahahahahhahahaaha...this is hilarious!! i have to say..i lived in Cider Mill for 10 years and I have to say over those 10 years the place has definitely gone down hill...First me and my husband were on a second floor. Didnt really have that many problems. Then I had my first child and of course to get more money out of you they told us we had to move to a two bedroom. We got a bottom floor not to far from where we were. But OH MY GOODNESS!!! The noise, the trash, the MICE!!! UNBELIEVABLE!! It became part of my daily chores to clean kitchen, vacuum rug, pick up mouse droppings!!!! ABSURD!! And all the while the rent is going up...more and more and more...My final straw was when I went to check on my daughters in their room one night and found a mouse under the covers with her!! I must have missed that part on the lease where I signed Mickey and Minnie up to be a tenant also! I was disgusted and to get out as fast as possible we just transferred to Frederick. Elmwood Terrace. Big disappointment also..but at least Im not with anymore mice. In fact I looked into transferring back down to Cider Mill just to fill in the space of time before we can move into our 1st home and I got up and left the leasing office because the girls in there were totally unprofessional and snooty so I picked up my deposit money and told them I changed my mind. I must have had a lapse in judgement that day to even consider it. Yes please...stay away!! Not worth the drama or the time.
