Not sure what these other reviewers were expecting. Have had no mice problems or anything of that nature. As far as crime or anything, again, these people must have lived in La La Land because there is nothing out of the ordinary. Illegal immigrants' I suppose some could be, but I have had no problem. The Apartment complex does a 100% criminal background check. They have a courtesy patrol. It's right across from the mall, and their are alot of families in the complex. Sounds like sour grapes from these other folks. For the price, it can't be beat.

hahaha,so 95% is wrong and only 5% right! This place is good since you're the property manager and you don't have to live here ;) I will move out of here as soon as I can!

who is this guy? i'm sure the property manager. i cannot count how many times someone (non english speaking) has tried to enter my apartment. i cannot count the number of mice that infested my apartment prior to getting my cat. i cannot count the number of times my car has been damaged and trash has been thrown on my porch. not too mention the number of unsupervised pre-teens that are peepers. the "safety patrol" is so over coming to this place. and the montgomery county police are a norm. i disagree with the 100% background check, because the majority of people that live at cider mill are undocumented...in any case they are making major money from the seciton 8 and those of us who actually pay full rent are suffering. so..i'm outta here. sad that we are living in east LA. i moved to gaithersburg for safety...not to be scared to leave my apartment. WAKE up residence services! this is a crap-hole.

Yeah, you're obviously the manager spouting that BS! I will tell you though that getting a cat has definitely reduced my mouse problem and I haven't seen any roaches lately. Maybe it's because my two former next door neighbors got evicted for not paying their rent, hmmm, maybe that also had something to do with it...I'm so outta here when my lease is up this summer! So long Crappy Mills!
