Mice, Gangs, inconsistent service when making repair request. I have had my apartment broken into the first week I was there and then I find that my door occassionally get's jimmied. I always check my door to be sure that my place is secured before I leave. I have seen roaches, and I immediately fumigate. The staff are very nice, but the quality of living is poor.

Gangs of what, the kids at the playground or playing ball too close to your apartment? Where do you see ANY gang activity? What building? You've been here two years, if life is so terribly rough, why did you renew? I'll tell you why, because if you look around, this is one of the better complexes available. Are you sure you haven't just been recently evicted and now want to diss the place? It isn't the same living here as having a home or condo, but the cost and quality of life is decent enough for my family to renew the lease for the third time.

yes, yes. the kids are playing too close to my apartment. actually, that are on my patio ALL the time. they are looking in my windows and trying to open my door at all hours. i come home for lunch....and they are trying to open my patio door. and every time i try and talk with their caregiver/parent...or "so called adult" in the apartment they live...i get "no habla english". i'm so over this crap hole.

I've been here more than 5 years and the place has gone downhill every day. There ARE gang problems here, I have had break-ins, been harrassed by alcoholic men who basically live in the courtyard and use the benches for beds, been treated with discrimination because I'm not Latino.... Every single bad thing anyone has said about this place is true. I kept hoping it would get back to the way it used to be, but I don;t think it ever will, so at this time I'm getting ready to move from this hades.
