This place is the most infested place I have EVER lived in. The leasing office is the worse about handling things. I lived there and complained about mice and roaches and waht did they do...they gave me soem sticky paper that never caught the mice they kept trying ot tell me I never had mice because they didnt see any evidence. Well yes because I cleaned it up...I had killed 3 mice myself and saved them in a shoebox and sat them on the Receptionist desk. I explained to them I have a new born and I needed something done. They suggested that I moved to the front of the neighborhood where htey didnt have that problem at. Well excuse me I wouldn't think you would have that problem anywhere in the neighborhood. ROACHES ROACHES ROACHES TONS OF THEM AND MICE OH GOSH RUN!!!!!! Dont consider this place at all terrible terrible terrible. I still have nightmares when I pass it.

i lived in "the front of the neighborhood". it's just as bad. the gang activity isn't as obvious though.
