We moved from this complex because it is infested with rodents mice,mice,mice they are everywhere and the straw that broke the Camels back was the Bed Bugs. We had been there years and they tried to blame us for the bed bugs come to find out the undocumented renters downstairs apartment was infested with these bugs. The family who had the bugs unit was over occupied and they were scared to call the rental office for help because they were afraid to evicted. They instead choose to leave with bugs and they eventually they came to my apartment. This is the worst experience ever. Oh I almost forgot to mention at first they wanted us to pay for the extermination until they found the people downstairs at fault. Then we wanted out of our lease they fought us on the move out date and wanted to continue to charge us for trying to get out of the lease. This complex is overrun by undocumented immigrants

The problem with Cider Mill and Montgomery Village is the illegal immigrants. I grow up in Cider Mill in the 90's and it was a lovely complex. No rouches or mice. My mother moved back to Cider Mill in 2003 and her apartment was infested with mice and bugs. The complex is also not safe because of the illegals, they break into your car and still your radio. I don't care who the management company is if the same people stay the complex will not get better. Over crowded apartments and people not properly disposing of trash needs to change. Cider Mill still has potential and I missed the old Cider Mill and Montgomery Village.

Yeah right its the illegal. @ least they dont have section 8 and they pay for their own rent. U might want to think about ghetto & useless people like you that need help from the gov to pay 4 rent and food and spend the rest of their time selling or buying drugs

This forum is suppose to be about reviews of the property not personal racist/bias opinions of others. You need to find another site for venting such trash. And FYI you BOTH need to spend less time making negative comments and more time working on your grammer and punctuation!
