Grove Park

I have lived in Grove Park (formerly The Quince Orchard Clusters)for eleven years now. I have seen the property go from bad to worse. A couple of years back the Washington Post wrote a front page editorial on a ----- house that was busted in the building next to mine. My car has been broken into six times! Three people have been killed on the property and many more shot(after the last of the shootings the shooters ran into the buildings and tried to get into apartments to hide from the police), stabbed and raped. During one summer seven young girls were raped. Nearly every night there are groups of crimials smoking marijana in plain sight, and there has been a sudden rash of crack solicitaion on the property. Day and night unsupervised children (under the age of 5) run around screaming and generally being a neausance. The Clopper Road side of the property is the only side that has been remodeled. Though the "pro-active" management did kick out three entire buildings on the other side of the property over Thanksgiving Weekend.
Overall I would say stay away unless you are looking for a more dangerous life.
