I can't take it anymore!!! There's always cracked people wondering around late evening...I have a Freaking POLICE living in apt complex and SHE does not do a DAMM thing about it!!!!! Everytime I go out I have this ghetto idiot trying to sell me something!!! The neighbors are TOO noisy...theres always people drinking and smoking POT late at night making NOISES!!!! AHHH!!! HELP!!!! I want to GET AWAY!!!!!! Although the Inside is BEAUTIFUL!!! but GHETTO people out late at night!!!!
