Grove Park

I moved in at the end of March and can not wait to move elsewhere. Moved here because of low price and lack of time to search for another alternative. It is GHETTO. Although the apartment looks nice inside, outside is a dump. Kids don't respect anyone and act as if they own the neighborhood. Have not yet encountered any drug addicts or prostitutes, but I am sure that I will before I move out. It is kind of dangerous go come home at night. Poor lighting. Parking is available but about a mile await from where you reside. Althought the complex policy states no disabled vehicles allowed, you are likely to find plenty of those taking up decent parking spaces and management does not really care. Every other night, there is a bunch of police around the buildings, but most of the time they don't do s***. I have been avoiding arguments with my ghetto neighbors but at some point I might have to call 5-0 on them cause they show no respect especially at night time. Overall, it sucks. Do not even thing about getting a place here.
