This place is GHETTO! I went to see this place around 3PM on a school day and all the kids that got off the bus were "GHETTO". That got me thinking! Do I really wanna be around these "questionable" people' Hell no! I had put a deposit down but had a very bad gut feeling that something wasn't right with the place. I called the dude back the next day and took my money back and got a place that's $310 more per month but hell, I'll pay $1000 more a month to stay away from "GHETTO" people, if I have to. Sorry but they are problematic people and I want nothing to do with them. I'm a quite, trouble-free individual and this property just didn't provide me with the atmosphere that I was looking for. I wouldn't feel safe walking my dog there at night. STAY AWAY unless you're a "questionable" person yourself. If you are, then you all can just live here and bug each other to death.

If you want to be somewhere were your race is the only one in existence, then you should be on another planet; because it won't happen here. You racist idiot! For the record it is an awful place to live and they are infested with bedbugs!

I agree,you all are nothing but a bunch of animals living there. It's not the management's fault for the condition of this property,that falls on the residents living there. And most of the residents living there must love living in a --------.Stand up and take your community back from the animals that have turned it that way.

The people who are calling this guy a racist need to get off their high horses. Everyone in Gaithersburg thinks this way, or else it wouldn't be so fcuking racially segregated. I went to the Kentlands the other day and couldn't see a single black person ANYWHERE. Meanwhile, old-town is almost entirely Latino, and Grove Park is predominantly black. This does not happen by coincidence. A lot of the people who go around calling people racist would rather pay through the nose than have to live in minority areas.
