Thank God my lease is up in January. We moved in in 2005 into one of the last renovated buildings, so everything was new. They had a great rent offer and me and my husband had just gotten married so it was great. Until the whole building became occoupied.

Unfortunately we got sandwiched between two of the rudest most noisest people in the world. My husband has a studio in his office and he still is curtious and puts his head phones on, these people play their music so loud that you I can write you a play list including, artist, cd, and lyrics. They stomp on the floor at all times of the night, you can hear the baby crying (that's how thin the walls are built) and the kids are leaving their trash all over the stairwell. you want to be ghetto be ghetto somewhere else.

Management does nothing to help. You call and what do they say, well we can't do nothing about it you can call the cops if you want - What the heck are they paying you for, isn't this what management is supposed to do - manage! Oh no, actually work for my money what a concept.

We haven't had any roaches but we have had a lot of silver fish, spiders (baby tarantulas), and lots and lots of ants all over the place, to the point that they mess up your food by getting into everything your cabinet.

You ask to get something repaired and they come weeks later. Not to long ago I found out that the previous tenants on the 3rd floor were prostitutes.

DON'T EVER RENT HERE, THERE ARE PLACES OUT THERE BETTER THAN THIS PLACE.

My neighbor on the first floor got robbed by the same guys that robbed 15 other apartments on the same night. We have kids hitting cars with sticks.

This is definitely ghetto. I can't wait to leave in January.
