Parking sucks unless you're home before 7pm. Can easily hear neighbors through the walls. Very ghetto like atmosphere. Not very safe neighborhood. Was warned of muggings 2 months after we moved in. Would NEVER recommend. Worst apartment experience we've ever had. People in the office are totally incompetent and rude (with the exception of one who is always delightful to talk to, friendly and helpful). The new management company acts like a slum lord. Cannot wait to move.
