Bad neighborhood AND worse management

I'll just start with what everyone, by now, should already know... the size of the apartments are great. That is the ONLY positive. Now let me get into the negatives:6- And last but definitely not least- the management robbed us. After we moved out we got a call saying we were required to pay numerous things in the apt. even though my husband was told by CHRIS in the office that there was no walk through necessary since we couldn't get "charged more than the $100" of our deposit. I guess that's what they say so that they can rob you blind once you've left the apt. If you're stupid enough to move there after reading all the bad reviews make sure you take pictures and document EVERYTHING before AND after moving in. We're going to drop in on them and ask to see that nice new carpet we paid for.
