Let me first say it is somewhat comforting to read that so many other people hate Grove Park as much as we do. It is by far one of the worst places I have ever lived. You can hear everything your neighbors are doing. We live on the second floor so we here everything our upstairs neighbor does. This would not be so bad if the tenant was not so damn loud with her music, and just generally walking around. It is very very very Ghetto outside, with "shady" people always walking around. My car got vandalized and management could not care less. Very unsafe. The new management is HORRID. They changed the day the rent was due but failed to notify all the tenants. Needless to say our building was never notified so we got a warning that we had to appear in court even though we had always paid our rent on time the same day it was due since we moved in. After we called to complain and find out what the hell was going on, we noticed the next day they posted a letter on the door of our building. Nice way to handle that huh' You get alot of square footage but it is definately not worth moving here!
