The rental office staff is so unconcern that it's a shame. Fifteen days ago I reported to the office that my washer machine was smoking, so the maintenance guy came out. He couldn't finish the job because he had to go to school. Mind you this was on a Friday. He returned that Monday and stated that he change the belt. I began to wash clothes and the washer machine started smoking again. I called back to the rental office and a different maintenance guy came and stated that his supervisor had to order a piece for the washer. That took another seven days. The following Monday I called and the office stated that the piece had not came in yet. I called the next day and I was told that the piece still had not came in yet. I called the next day I was told that I was getting a new washer. Well, I called again that next morning and they asked for my phone number and I was told that they will get back with me.No one called. When I got in from work I called again, I was put on whole a few minutes, then I was told that I had to wait until next Monday to get a new washer machine, I stated to them that it's been FIFTEEN DAYS! I was told either I wait until Monday or I could get a used one. Well Hello! Still haven't got it.
This place has gone down terribly, kids everywhere, trash all over, the building are half cleaned, Don't move here, SAVE YOURSELF!!!!
