I believe that Grove Park Apartments is a wonderful place to live. I have not had one altercation since I moved on the premises two years ago. I just renewed my lease and the only problems I have are the rent has gone up pretty steeply since the Donaldson Group took over, the utilities have increased dramatically ever since the Donaldson Group has taken over, and there are some residents that appear to be crackheads, and they are loud and noisy at night. However, the crackheads are friendly in nature and do not bother me because htye see I don't play that silly stuff and I will call the police in a second. Overall, I love the size of my apartment and it was newly remodeled when I moved in. They have uprooted the trees and the price is decent when compared to othe Montgomery County prices. Over all I give Grove Park a 4. For all the Grove Park haters I am definitely a resident and the people who are complaining I can feel their pain, but everyone's experience is different.

Hmmm...your probably one of the workers there..trying desperately to move in people...You know...ever since the "Donaldson"...took over...it went Down hill....PLUS...all the ghettoness there...
