The Inside is Okay...but the walls are too THIN...you can hear your neighbors walking or talking...basically everything!!!...
Parking is HORRIBLE here!!...you have to be here by 9pm to get a parking space.
I can't wait till my lease is OVER!!!....
The People from the office are RUDE and Obnoxious!!!...Never gets work DONE around here!!!...
Don't Move here...Not Worth the Price$$$...Way too HIGH!!!

I live in orchard pond, which is accross from the street from grove park. Orchard pond seems pretty much ghetto like grove park. Would grove park be considered worse than orchard pond?
