I moved here a little while ago and so far it's alright. Yes there is a lot of noise due to the thin walls. You hear every single step that is made but I have children myself and live on the second floor so I can't complain too much on that because I am quite sure my downstairs neighbors think of me in the same way I do my neighbors above me. Parking is bad as I work at night and when I get off at 10 I will be lucky to find a spot at the top of my court entrance or even on the back side of my building. I have never had any real issues but I do see the occasional roach and I know that after 4 years of living in my old home and never having seen one that I didn't bring them with me but again that is a very rare instance. The property is being worked on which even though I see machines outside of my window, you can at least put up a sign saying that they are starting at 7am, that would be nice. I did have maintenance issues for a while because for after hours non emergencies you had to call the rental office and leave a message but almost 2 months went by before someone actually got to me. They finally gave maintenance a separate, direct number and I got service the next day. All in all I don't have many if any problems. I have read the reviews here and I can believe a good deal of them and some just sound extremely over exaggerated but I have had very bad experiences at other places I have lived and so far this has been good one, so far.
