I've lived in this apartment for 3 years, moving soon because I purchase a condo elsewhere.

The only reason I stayed in this place is because it's cheap. The maintenance is ok, and the problems (at least around my apartment) have diminished drastically. There was a lady selling drugs and one crazy woman living upstairs but the management got rid of them.

Most residents are normal people (legal or illegal) and hard working. There are some parts of Grove Park that are better than others. So if you can afford $1800 a month go elsewhere. If you can't, this is the place to be, close to I-270.

One problem with these apartments is that the construction is thin. So if you have a neighbor upstairs that likes to walk at night, you won't be able to sleep. But again, most people sleep at night!!. Or try to rent an apartment in the third floor, with nobody on top of you.

Again, a cheap place to live before you can buy something.
