Thinking about Hunt Club...SERIOUSLY RECONSIDER!!!!

Where should I start. Should I start with my move in date of June 15, 2000 and the stinky pissy smelly carpet that reaked of pet poop! When I contacted the rental office the same day less than 5 minutes after signing my lease, I was told "We do not replace carpet in our apartments." Needless to say I was angry! I then said, "What about the kitchen floor that is peeling up and the filth in the apartment!" Kim, the manager stated, the cleaning crew probably just forgot to do your apartment. I asked them, why is it company policy not to lay new carpet down, if your community accepts pets! Pets do have accidents! Kim then stated "I don't know." The parking is terrible! Forget about getting a parking spot "near" your building after 5p.m. they are all gone! I think I am the only pet owner who actually cleans up after their pet. If you have small kids, forget about playing outside, because there are enough poop filled land mines to cover Iraq! Lisa and Kim, in the rental office are very rude and condesending. God forbid if you happend to get sick and need help. Forget it! Kim and Lisa are phony! Very Phony! Management sucks. They make all these rules and NOBODY FOLLOWS THEM! My closet door has been broken for 4 months now. Lets not forget the time we had mice running crazy!!! The new neighbors are extremely questionable. I implore you to reconsider if you are thinking about moving into Hunt Club Apartments!!! Trust Me even if you don't know me!!
