This place is the absolute worst place I have ever lived in. The walls are paper thin, and my neighbors are discourteous. Every night the person two floors below me blasts his/her music and I can hear it all the way in my apartment.

On any given day I can hear screaming coming from other apartments like someone is getting killed or something. Perhaps they are. The apartment complex is definitely not safe. There are barely any lights outside to light the parking lot.

If you do decide to live here against better judgment, be sure to have your parking sticker. If you have visitors be sure they put their parking permits up, because if they don't, there car will not be there when they go back to try to retrieve it. The apartment complex does not joke around with parking. They even towed my car even though they failed to tell me when I moved in that I needed a parking sticker. Although they seem to have selective towing because when I looked around the apartment there were tons of other vehicles that weren't towed but they didnt have the parking permit either.

The management office is decent, except for the manager. She is the laziest piece of white trash I have ever seen. She does absolutely nothing all day except sit in that back office of hers. She is also rude, and unhelpful.

Be sure not to have any packages left at your door if you get anything delivered because your neighbors will probably steal it.

One of my neighbors walks around the neighborhood looking like she's homeless with shopping cart and all. She actually parks her shopping cart in one of the vehicle spaces every day when she gets home.

The apartment complex allows pets so there is pet droppings all over the place, as well as dogs barking non-stop.

Maintenance people do shoddy work. I've been trying to get them to fix something for a whole year now.

I live at Hunt Club, and when I moved in it does state in the lease that you must have a parking permit to park, and also you need to have a vistor pas to park in vistor parking, from the way you sound you must be blind because it shows this information in the lease, or maybe you cant read!! I have received servaral reminders on the parking policies. As far as the White manager I feel she has done a great job at Hunt Club, she has turned this into a family inviroment. It sounds like to me you did not get your way and did not follow the parking policies, so you want to blame her for your dumbass mistakes.

Resident that loves the office staff and Hunt Club.

I get packages delivered all the time. UPS knows to leave them at the office, where I pick them up later. I agree with the previous comment: sounds like you just have some sour grapes about something else and you want to -----, even if you have to make up some stuff to ----- about.
