HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT!!

I lived here for over three years after I graduated from college, so it wasn't horrible for the price. But watch out on moving day....the management at hunt club will try to charge you money for EVERYTHING when you move out. We lived there for over 3 years and had light wear and tear on the cheap carpeting in the living room. We called in a professional cleaner who told us they always have problems with the carpeting in the complex because it is extremely cheap and doesn't take well to cleaning products. He said almost all stains get locked in. Even after we professionally cleaned the carpet, they kept the security department and then charged us to recarpet the entire apartment. I have had a few friends live here and each has been charged to recarpet the apt, because management does not want to pay for it themselves as part to the new rental. What makes it worse, is that the office staff is extremely unhelpful. While trying to resolve this problem, they never returned phone calls, were rarely there during "office hours" and never let us discuss this problem with senior management. I would talk to someone in length about the problem, then call back that week to try to resolve and the original person that I talked to would either not return my calls or have a case of amnesia. Each time I had to restate the case, and all I did was go in circles for months. What a headache. At that end, it we decided just to pay the fees, as we saw that it was the best way to get Hunt Club behind us forever.
So make sure on moving day you have an extra $500 in your bank account to help management rerent your place.
