The management is very greedy. Guests vehicles are towed even with a parking pass. No consideration for a visitor with a young baby. The management really needs an upgrade. Think again before becoming a resident here. Scare tactics are used to get people to pay their rent on the 1st of the month. Most all people know that rent is due on the first and that you have until the 10th from Montgomery County......so why was a letter posted on my door and 90% of the residents on the SECOND of the month'! For one, that's a ridiculous amount of paper wasted, and two, very OCD-like behavior from the head manager. Try Park Station instead.
