Londonderry Apartments

UNSAFE PLACE TO LIVE From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/24/2006 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006   I have lived there for almost 2 years and it wsa great for the first year until I actually needed things fixed. The people in the leasing office are completely rude and unprofessional. My electrical wires have been sporadically burning since last November and the leasing office has done nothing to resolve the problem. I had black smoke coming out of the electrical socket behind my bed and it took them 2 days to come out and replace the socket. My toaster ovene exploded and I had several plugs fuse into the socket, all of which was reported to management and their response was I'm using appliances that require too much electricity. I mean really, since when does a toater oven require too much electricity. I'm leaving becasue I do not want to die in an electrical fire due to their negligence!
