Worst place I've ever lived.

Not Safe: my car got lots of scratches on the body on both sides within the first 3 weeks after moving. I also saw a row of 6 cars got similar scratches on the hood and apparently did by the same person at the same time. And also in winter time, be aware of the homeless, they re lingering around and begging for money. It happened to me twice. They also could break into some unoccupied apartments or laundry rooms for overnight sleep.

Dirty: if you see mice running around in your apartment, it won t be surprise.

The people working in the rental office are not polite when you call them for help. They always try to say it s not their responsibility and you need to take care of it yourself.

Noise: the neighbor turns his rock very loud in the night and make you very difficult to sleep. The wall is a paper you could hear anything from your upper neighbor.

Higher and higher water bill: I got higher and higher water bill after they changed the billing company into EBS. Right now it s the highest among gas, electric, and water, and almost is twice much of my gas bill. I used to live in a house. My 3-month bill of the house is same as what I have now for a one-bed room apartment a month.

Never live here again after lease expiring.
