I'll get to the blood in a bit. I first lived in Londonderry from about 1996-1999 in a one bedroom apartment. Things were great until a bunch of young kids moved below me. They were loud and rude, shot model rockets off from their balcony. One even hit my balcony above and flew around, lucky my screen door was closed or it would have gone into the apartment. Management would not do anything with these punks. They vandalized my car numerous times and I was forced to move out. Not sure why but I came back in 2002 and moved into a two bedroom apartment. Apartments are large and the concrete floors help keep the noise down. However there are lots of bad characters who live or hang around Londonderry. I think the women next to me were prostitutes as different men were constantly knocking on my door thinking it was the women next door. I understand there was a prostitution ring broken up there and also a drug ring. I came home one day and saw a police officer and police tape in the stairwell along wiht quite a bit of blood. Someone had been stabbed. I called management to have the blood removed but it took three days for that to happen. Real nice coming home to blood on the stairwell. Me and my wife moved out after that.
To sum it up, postive: large apartments, concrete floors, cheap rent. Negative: Management does not care much, prostitution, drugs, violence, attempted murder, dark and dangerous, cars speeding through, honking car horns. Stay away if at all possible.

Omg what a drama queen. I've lived there for four years now and nothing like that's happened. Are you sure it's not just that you hate kids and minorities?

They aren't being a drama queen, there have been quite a number of incidents over there. Check the gaithersburg city police crime stats. Google can find it. You'll find a lot of reports from this complex.
Its a huge complex so "Anonymous" above probably got lucky and lives in a nicer section than the rest.
