Londonderry Apartments

From: kmettus Date posted: 9/24/2007 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2007   I don't live here, but my two best friends have for four years now. They're moving because of the rent increase, and I agree that nothing in the place has changed to justify the extra money. I visit them so much I might as well pay rent, so here are my observations: the place is not exactly classy, but it IS safe. There are a lot of families around and every one I've bumped into has been nice. At night there are sometimes very loud fiestas, but you can't here the noise in the apartment and no one will accost you. I have never seen a roach nor mouse, and my friends are not that clean. The place is fairly large, well, lit, and there is a new gym with nice machines. And cool raqcuetball courts. To sum the place up, it's not all shiny and fancy. But it's clean and safe. I'm an 18 year old girl and I feel comfortable walking the 50 yards to my car at 2 in the morning. I just don't know that it's worth it any more.
