Mill Creek Gardens

This place is the worst! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/14/2003 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002   We lived at Mill Creek Gardens for one year. From the moment we signed the lease it was a fiasco. First, they reassigned our unit and did not tell us until the day before we moved - after we had already changed our address with the Post Office. We had to move into an apartment around the carpet cleaners who were there two days late. Nothing in our unit was clean and items were in disrepair - and they were not ever repaired during the course of our lease. It was terrible. The upstairs neighbors children were expert at sounding like a herd of wild elephant, swearing, and entertaining their friends on our patio.-Of course management was aware of this and did nothing because the neighbor was also the Community Manager's friend...We apparently had termites for three months before any exterminator was called (we thought they were ants) and had to call 8 times within 3 weeks for our heating unit to be repaired (repeatedly). The only plus to the community was that the rooms were large.
