FAIRLY NICE WITH A GREAT PRICE From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/26/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   I have lived in several apartments in Gaithersburg and none is as spacious as this. The carpet is not very new, but it's clean and we have NEVER had any pest issues. Unfortunately they close the laundry at 8pm so I can't launder late at night. and we only paid 800 for a one bedroom and den - IT'S A GREAT DEAL in fairly nice living conditions and I recommend it especially as a short term option.
