Nice apartment and a good price From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/6/2008 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2008   I have lived at Mill Creek for almost 2 years and have had a pretty pleasant experience. There was a lot of space in the apartment and the neighbors for the most part have been pretty cool. Maintenance is generally pretty good about coming as soon as possible when you call. I locked myself out of my apartment and in no time somebody showed up with a key. They have been slow about fixing the screen in my bedroom, which has been the only time I have noticed pests come into the apartment. They have added gas to my rent and that isn't as high as the electric gets in the summer, but it is a lot for a one bedroom. Be careful when it ices or snows because they are kind of slow about getting it removed from the parking lots and walk ways. Overall, I have enjoyed my stay here and think it was a good first apartment for me. Noise really hasnt been an issue. I live on the top and every now and then I will hear my neighbors, but with there being so much space, it really hasn't been an issue.
