I see potential for exemplary housing if management would give us its best. The noise from the train is my main nuisance, and I wish the City of Gaithersburg would install sound reduction walls around the train tracks on this hugely residential side of town! Good activities for adults and children from time to time. Believing and anticipating improvement in all areas of service, especially maintenance and pest control. They (management) need to screen better when allowing persons to lease. Sometimes loud, junky, irresponsible, and/or unsavory neighbors slip through the cracks. The security should do a BETTER job of patrolling and staying on top of trespassers and door-to-door solicitors on the property. Children sometimes get loud when playing and on occasion miss the trash cans when emptying trash. Landscaping can be improved upon, especially in certain areas of the complex. Looking forward to upgraded state-of-the-art fitness room equipment at OP apartments in the near future!
