Though there are plenty of negative reviews of this place, I don't think you can say enough bad things about the people who run this place. The parking is insufficient, the streets are poorly lighted, the grounds are inadequately maintained and the staff are the scum on Orchard Pond. Pray that you don't need to interact with these people--they offer no help whatsoever, they make you wait to inform them of any problem-- and then they fail to act on that problem. The combination of rudeness with incompetence is really breathtaking... Do avoid this apartment complex if at all possible!

Agreed. And the apartments are infested with bed bugs. The management screamed at us for reporting the problem that other tenants in the same building reported three weeks ago. To say low class is an understatement. There were red flags before moving in, we didn't pay attention though. The management is a woman who is an anrgy, rude unprofessional, ghetto rat. Stay away if you plan on a peaceful existance where you live. We are moving ASAP and trying to get reimbursed for our furniture that has to get thrown away due to the bed bug problem.

i loved Stacia who is no longer there and who got me to sign on last year. i have had no real dealings with management but maintenance primarily and they are prompt but not always thorough. in my building, parking is GREAT, no complaints from me. they added NEW lighting to our building which makes being outside at night less threatening. i was impressed by that. the grounds are always well maintained from what i've seen. i think the person cleaning the entryway and stairs of the building could do a better job but overall, compared to other properties i've rented at, they do a great job. again, though the limited interaction i've had with management has been professional and none problematic.
